Privacy and data handling

The calculator

• The calculation runs in your browser. What you type is not sent to me.
• Your numbers are saved in that browser, so they're there when you come back. “Clear my numbers” removes them.
• “Email me these numbers” opens a draft in your own email app. Nothing reaches me unless you send it.

What the site counts

I keep daily totals of actions, such as “someone opened the calculator” or “someone clicked this button”. Each count is an action name and a date. It has no numbers from the calculator, no cookies and no IP address.

Reminders

If you ask for a reminder, I save your email address and the reminder date, not your numbers. They're stored in a database on Cloudflare. I send you one email on that date and don't add you to a list. Email me to have your address deleted.

If you send me your numbers or files

What I never ask for: your Seller Central login, your bank login, or card numbers. Please don't send them.

• Who sees them: only me. I'll tell you before using any outside tool on them, beyond the email and storage listed below.
• Where they're kept: my email and file storage.
• Sharing: I never share a brand's name or figures without written permission.

Other services this site uses

• Cloudflare hosts the site. Like any web host, it processes technical details such as IP addresses to deliver and protect it.
• Google Fonts serves the fonts, so your browser connects to Google when a page loads.
• Google Calendar handles bookings if you use the call link, and Google Workspace handles my email.
